We are issuing refunds to customers for purchased paid coins due to the termination of the "jiffy" application service.

Refund Application Period:

April 1, 2025 (Tuesday) to June 30, 2025 (Monday) 23:59 (UTC+9)

Please note that if you do not apply for a refund within the above period, you will be excluded from the refund process.

Eligible Items for Refund:

Unused paid coins within the "jiffy" application.

Paid coins refer to coins excluding service (free) coins granted upon purchase or sharing. Already consumed paid coins and purchased tapes are not eligible for the refund process.

Refund Amount:

Refund of purchased items equivalent to the amount of unused paid coins.

Refund Examples:

If you purchased 100 coins and 200 coins once each:

• 250 unused coins: Refund for 300 coins
• 150 unused coins: Refund for 200 coins
• 50 unused coins: Refund for 100 coins
