These Terms of Use (the Terms") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of "jiffy" (the "Service") provided by digita, Inc. (the "Company") between the customer using the Service (the "Customer") and the Company.

Article 1 (Definitions)

For purposes of the Terms, the following terms have the following meanings.

  1. "App" means the smartphone application software "jiffy" provided by the Company for the Service.
  2. "Tape" means the recording medium used to shoot GIF movies in the Service.
  3. "Coin" means the prepaid payment method exchangeable for paid services or content provided in the Service, and similar items, which the Customer may purchase for a fee or may be granted free of charge by the Company under certain conditions.

Article 2 (Agreement to the Agreement)

  1. Those who wish to use the Service may apply for registration of the use of the Service to the Company by agreeing to comply with this Agreement.
  2. If the Customer is a minor, please use the Service after obtaining the consent of the legal representative, such as the guardian.

Article 3 (Registration)

  1. Those who wish to use the Service may apply for registration of the use of the Service to the Company by agreeing to comply with this Agreement.
  2. At the time of registration completion specified in the preceding paragraph, a service usage agreement shall be deemed to be established between the Customer and the Company.
